Does White River Landing offer a Military Discount?

White River Landing is a proud supporter of our US Military personnel and is glad to offer a military discount.

How many guests can be accommodated?

White River Landing can comfortably accommodate 150 guests indoors, per firecode regulations.

Do you allow drop off or personal catering?

Whether you choose to personally cater or hire a professional service, all customers are responsible for set up, maintenance, kitchen clean-up, and disposal of all trash in on-site dumpster. All dishes, utensils, etc, which are the property of White River Landing, must be cleaned and left in the kitchen.

What is your payment plan?

1) $500 Deposit Due at Signing/Booking.

2) Final payment of remaining balance is due 30 days prior to wedding date.

Do you allow animals to be in the wedding?

We welcome you to bring your furbabies, big and small, to be a part of your special day.

Do you allow separate photography sessions?

Brides or couples who have booked a wedding at our venue are permitted to use the venue for engagement photos or bridal photos prior to wedding date if they so choose.

What is your alcohol policy?

All alcohol is to be provided by client and must be served by a licensed/insured bartender.

Do you require event insurance?

White River Landing does not require event insurance, however, client is encouraged to check with your insurance agent to insure adequate coverage for your event.

Does White River Landing offer weddings year-round?

White River Landing is pleased to host weddings year round. We offer reduced rates in January and February.

Do you have an onsite coordinator to assist my vendors the day of?

White River Landing does not offer any type of coordinating or planning services. We encourage our clients to arrange a day-of coordinator to assist your vendors and manage day-of tasks. Please ask for our preferred vendors list at the time of booking, which includes a number of wedding planners, coordinators, and other vendors who know our venue well.

Are there any items prohibited at the venue?

Please inquire about any questionable or specialty items you would like to include in your wedding.

Can vehicles be left in the parking lot overnight?

Vehicles can be left overnight, however, all vehicles must be picked up by 10:00am the following day. White River Landing is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or contents therein.

Do you allow early drop off of decorations, alcohol, etc.?

Early drop-off is allowed, however, all times must be arranged with White River Landing Staff.

What is your cancelation policy?

Should you choose to cancel your wedding, the initial $500 deposit is forfeited by client. If you choose to reschedule to another date, an additional $500 deposit is required. No refund will be issued if the wedding is canceled, for any reason, within 30 days from the date of the wedding.
